TLA, founded in 2019 by Wisdom Eseh Arong, has recorded milestone achievements in school students and youths across Nigeria.

Eseh is an experienced economist and a passionate leader. He obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Calabar. With vast experience in technology, leadership, and management, he has occupied several notable leadership positions over the years, among which include President of the Nigerian Economics Students' Association, University of Calabar Chapter, Supervisor for Pitchers (partners with International Breweries) covering Cross River State, and Tech Lead at a military base in Nigeria. Eseh is an author and a public speaker.
He has an unwavering dedication to excellence and impact, evident across diverse sectors including leadership, technology, and information.
Currently, Eseh is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Take Lead Africa. This organization was initiated to demystify the myths behind Africa's economic gap and leadership tussle, proposing viable solutions.
Eseh's diverse background positions him as an experienced professional committed to excellence, innovation, and legacy building.
